For Monday:

Got a cure for Monday blues?

Got stuck in freeway traffic on my way to the club from work to go to an exercise class.  Because I would have been late to class when I arrived at the club, I decided to skip it and do my individual work outs instead.

15 minutes on dreadmill.
15 minutes on cross-ramp elliptical trainer.
15 minutes on stationary bike.

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010.  Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.
