Running in a 23 mile an hour head wind suck!!
I only managed 2 miles with this.  It felt more like 10.

The only good part is it was over with quickly.

Going to have to go to the gym tonight and get the rest of my miles in on the treadmill.
Went back to the gym last night and got in another 3 miles.

That's better.

Yeah I was sucking wind for sure.  It felt like I was running at a 2-3 minute faster pace than what I can actually accomplish.

I did 45 minute workout with the trainer this morning.  I wanted to complete my hour on eliptical tonight but my back is in major pain.  Had to call the doctors to see what meds I can take.  Hopefully by tomarrow it will be better.

this morning:
rowed for 10 minutes
bench press, dead lift, assisted chin up
knee lifts on roman chair
running eliptical for 23 minutes

Then did a 2 mile run at the track in 22:08! (plus a cool down lap & stretching) I ran with my roommate which was great because we pushed each other time-wise.  I'm suckering her into my running obsession...next pay period we're both signing up for Disney 2011!
