HI my name is Roxanne,Im from mn. new to this site. I can not  belive how much i love to work out i go to the gym 6 days a week and do cardio and strength training, i also took up cross country skiing that i really enjoy.I just wanted to say hi! this seems like a great site.

This is a really good group of people here.  Lots of good support and knowledge.  Many interests also, though you'll see lots of posts about running, triathlon, training, and racing.
