Got in a nice 7 mile run this morning.  No leg or hip problems with all the tape.  Looking forward to have my miracle chiropractor start working on my knees now.  I'm probably going to forego the official half marathon in two weeks and just do some long runs with my buddy.  Got the bike out for it's inagural 2010 ride.  FInished just under 40-miles, buy boy do I miss my spinning classes.

WOW! I cannot imagine 20 miles; that is great!
I did my usual hour of Sunday zumba. It was my first chance to sweat all week. Mt daughter was sick all week and my husband was out of town. I can't wait for the rest of this week; I have something planned every day except for Friday which will be a rest day before my St. Paddy's day Run.

Nice job Bill!  Your marathon should go really well.

I did my Sunday spin class then made it to work - on time for a change!

I was supposed to do interval work on my bike, but I ended up doing a long ride (40.59 miles) instead. I fully planned to do the interval workout later on but it's 10:30pm and I haven't done it yet so I think it's not going to happen.

My day off from working out. But I did go for a walk for about an hour. There were a very good number of people going for their walks despite overcast weather and temps in the 50s.

I survived a 7+ mile run on a beautiful day along the Charles River.  Unfortunately my asthma kicked my ass for the first time since I started running, so I had to walk the last 2 miles or so, but I still made decent time.
