Well, the sun is shining brightly here in Indiana, so this afternoon I'm heading out for a nice 35-40 minute walk. Can't wait to enjoy that sunshine!

I had a 1/2 hour of physical therapy, which since they've determined I need to build core strength has actually been quite the workout (and man am I weak!) and then I'll hit an hour water aerobics class after work tonight.

40 minutes on the TM, 5 min warm-up @ 6.8 MPH, then 8 X intervals (1 min 8.0 MPH sprint, 2 min recover 6.8 MPH), then 2 X intervals (1 min 8.5 MPH sprint, 2 min recover 6.8 MPH), finished with 2 min cooldown @ 6.8 MPH. Total 40 minutes and 4.81 miles. 10 minutes warmup/cooldown walking. I'm really starting to like interval training :)
Where are we going?? And why am I in this handbasket??
right now. somewhere. somebody is working harder than you.

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010. Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.
rowed for 10 minutes
lifting (squats, bent over row, assisted chest dip)
hip flexors & back extensions with weighted bar (way harder, but I liked it!)
arc trainer machine for 20 minutes (about six minutes in my trainer came over and cranked me from an incline of 5 to 10(max) and a resistance of 45 to 80(max 100) - kicked my ass, but I kinda liked it)
stretched like crazy..
**on a side note, my trainer (who I don't meet with regularly, but we workout at the same times so he gives me advice & tips then) was very impressed with my rowing times & speeds as well as my lifting so far - he said he could tell it was paying off b/c he could see it in my shape! First time I've actually HAD a shape, so yay! :)
