Wednesday Workouts!!!

I have to work a double today (report to work at 7:45am and return home 1/4 after midnight).  Had to get the run out of the way early.  2.4 at a nice and easy pace.

Geez, that's a long day!

I did my lap swimming this morning, 30 minutes. I ordered an Aquatard yesterday, I can't wait to get it! For you swimmers out there, SwimOutlet.com has some really good prices on their swimwear, and they have quite a selection. I'll let you know how I like my Aquatard when I get it.

did 7.07 miles on a pretty crummy TM in the hotel exercise room in 60 mintues.  10 minutes walking for warmup/cooldown.  get to go home tonight!

I cant stand hotel TM's.  I have never found one that didn't slip.  Of course it could just be an indication of the quality of hotels I stay in.

2 hours of weights this morning. Will get a 3.5 mile run in at lunch.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

 Not feeling it today, but did manage to get 30 min of weights mixed with cardio and about 15 min of the ellipitcal...really tired today, not sure why???

Sorry hear your not feeling the thrill of working out! hehe

How is your eating today? I know I've read that a lot of carbs can crash you and make you feel really tired after eating them.

Make sure you are taking care of YOUR nutritional needs sweety!!

In the am:
2.25 mile run at average 4 mph
10 min Abdominal work

In the pm
Power walk 30 min at highest incline on the Treadmill
5 minutes dumbell/kettlebell arm work

 Swam 200 meters.  This swimming thing is not my strong suit.  Going to have to get a swim coach.
