After a brief warm-up on the treadmill, I moved to the transition phase of my strength training program  - heavier weights and fewer reps in preparation for the build phase.

Just finished at the gym.  30-minute cycle warmup.  Then 45-minutes of legwork with a personal trainer.  Cool odown for 20-minutes on the eliptical.  Tomorrow I get the spider tape again so I can run hopefully.

100 pushup challenge sets of 45, 45, 45, and 45 (with some effort on the last one!)
65 minute hard spin on the stationary bike w 9 1 minute sprint intervals for 27.14 miles
30 minutes on the stairmaster - 144 floors
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

1 hour group class called "Group Power", a barbell program that strengthens all our major muscles with simple athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls.
15 minutes on elliptical after class.
15 minutes on stationary bike.
