It was a good workout day.  3.15 miles on the tm in about 38 minutes.  My goal is to do a 5K at the end of the month in about 36 minutes.  I've got to start making myself run outside again soon!

 I did three miles on the treadmill and upper body weight workout.

still on business trip, tuesday was a rest day for me...

40 minutes on the elliptical then 1000 yards of swimming

1 hour group class called "Group Active", involving 1/3 step, 1/3 lifting free weights, and 1/3 floor exercises with some yoga. Lead by a very pregnant woman.
15 minutes on dreadmill after class.
15 minutes on stationary bike.

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010.  Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.

I ran 2 miles doing negative splits! I ran more total, but 2 miles is the farthest I've run at one time since my injury and I usually have to run slower than I did to get in the mileage I do so I am VERY happy.
