rowed for 30 minutes ( 6267 meters)
ran 1.14 miles in just over 13 minutes - was so not feeling it on the treadmill today..
stair/eliptical intervals for 35 minutes (3.31 miles)

I did, thank you for the link!  I'm debating whether or not to go down and run the course in the next couple of weeks, just to get a feel for it.

4 mile run outside today.  felt like NUTHIN!  I might be starting to enjoy this!

So here is my report.  In the morning I went to the chiro and got accupuncture for my plantar, and electro stimulus and massage for my calf.  Then I got taped up with the Spider kinesology tape.

I went to the gym for a workout.  After ten minutes of strettching, I did 30-minutes on the treadmill, starting slowly but working up to a level 6 for the final 10-minutes.  Then I switched to the eliptical for twenty minutes, and the stairs for 15-minutes.  Leg held up well.  I am becoming a true believer in the chriopratic practice.

I have been a Chiro lover for about 20 years.  Even if I am feeling good, I hit it once a month or so.  Glad you had a good workout.

First time I have ever walked over a mile.  3 mile walk with hubby!  We are getting ready to walk our first 5k at the end of the month.
