7.8 miles on the icy roads of orange county ny today.  I'm not sure how I could run a loop from my house, starting and stopping at the same spot, and yet run uphill the whole way, but it sure felt like it!  :)

I run for those who can't or won't.  I run because I once was one of those people.

I walked 2.8 miles today on a slight incline. It was windy, but finally warm enough to walk in a light jacket.

Put the bicycle in the back of the pickup.  It was about 65 degrees outside today.  Drove to the local univeristy (CSU Stanislaus).  Rode the bike for about 45 minutes.  I usually do a good pace...I get bored easily.  Brian  PS  All those federal handicap requirements make biking so much fun...the ramps, the hollowed corners, the concreate!!  Fun fun fun...

7 miles -- easy pace as my fiancee is preparing for her first 1/2 marathon and we're going her speed.  All good, great to experience it with her.  I had forgotten how hard 7 miles could be until I saw her struggling, made me realize I'm in much better shape then I thought :)
Stress test today and then hopefully I can get back to doing some speedwork

I ran 7 miles on Sunday; first run since the Pasadena Half.
Without struggle, there is no progress.
