Oh, to have a beautiful sunny morning! I can't wait to get my bike out of storage.

Today I went to the Wellness Center and did 20 minutes on the treadmill and then 20-25 minutes on the weight machines. Now I'm getting ready to traipse all over Meijer...

I am in Portland (OR) spending the weekend with  my son. We had a nice walk through the Japanese Garden (up and down steps and trails and paths), for about an hour or so. Other than that....just a relaxing day!

Today was the start of our couch to 15K program for new and returning runners.  It's always fun getting everyone off on the right foot.

I did "Tabata Something Else" which is this workout where you do 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off 8x for 4 different workouts (so 32 times total), first TRX rows, then pushups, then situps, then squats.

Then I did a 9 min. TT run. I've gotten 30 seconds slower compared to my last TT which was done a few weeks before I injured myself. I actually did better than I expected but I'm still bummed.

No work out. Spent the day with my son and going to the movie with him before he shipped out today for army basic training
