Exercise for someone who currently does NO exercise and moves very little

I agree with MacMadame! Move the breaks back and forth. Walk your yard. Moving is MOVING!

I'm going to be starting the C25K on Monday and I know I'm gonna look pretty dang strange barely jogging and then stumbling to a slow walk hugging and puffing!! hehe

Hey everyone!

I walked around the clothesline 10 times lol. I got puffed by the 7th lap and kept going. I will increase my laps daily. It's a start

If you're going through hell, keep going.

Hello again

I thought i would let you all know i've been sloshing my way around the clothesline in the mud lol. It has rained the whole damn week. I feel like Rocky, training in rain hail or shine.

It's really hard to walk in the mud though.

I also found a little 5 kilo weight which i am experimenting with. I lift it 10 times on one arm, 10 times on the other, then i held it 10 times and lifted it up to my head... ouch

I really didn't want to do any exercise today but i forced myself. :)
If you're going through hell, keep going.
