Friday Workouts

30 minutes of weights (chest/tri) including 100 pushup challenge test #4, still @ 75 in row.
10 or 11 minutes of walking on the TM for warmup/cooldown
8 miles on the TM in around an hour and 8 minutes.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Went to the gym this evening and did 30 minutes between 3.5 and 4.0 on the treadmill at an incline between 0 and 2. Then I did a good arm workout followed by another 30 minutes of cardio on the bike. And that was that! :) I hope you all have a good weekend!!

I woke up sore this morning...I think it was because yesterday was the first time that I ran since like EVER.. lol.. I ran 2 miles at 10 mins each mile.. so this morning I worked thru the pain at the gym.. and I even tried a new class called fushion flow...so I did one hour of that class, 40 min elliptical, 20 min treadmill except no running today...lol..well see how I feel tomorrow. : ) dont want to fall on my butt

Still sore from Thurs. Bootcamp class.  I hurt all day.  Will try to get something in tomorrow

Hey Kathy, 

On days like those, it's still a good idea to get out and walk a while.  It really does help loosen you up without hurting anything more.

I'd have to say about 20 minutes cardo. Not much, but at least I was moving. hehe

My Friday workout was a 5-mile run on the TM in the afternoon.  Felt much better than I anticipated it would.
