Mornin' all. Just back from the pool, did my 30 minutes of lap swimming and got a sf mocha latte on the way home. What a way to start the day!

How're you doin'?

Hello,

I did my 45 minute Boot Camp Class this morning.  It is a perfect way to start the day.

Have a great weekend.

Got to the gym and realizd that I forgot my work clothes that I have to change into. Had to go back home and get them. I was able to squeak in 1.2 to keep my streak going. Up to 3 months and 3 days.

That's awesome Scott!  If we could just get the rest of America to recognize that they can fit exercise into their lives, we'd have a healthier nation and save so much money on healthcare.

It's a running day for me, but I have a wicked cold and can't stand the thought of going to the gym, even though I have a sneaking suspicion that going might improve my mood.  I normally jog in the morning, but skipped today.  I might take a nap and then try an evening workout.

Sounds like your body might need a day of rest. Take care of yourself!
