Thursday Workouts

Two mile run outside and upper body band work. I'm running my first 5k on Saturday morning. Wish me luck!

Thanks, Mary!  I ran the entire 5k and feel fantastic!  I can't wait to run another one!  Thanks for your advice; I didn't worry about my time, just about running/finishing the entire race.

30 minutes of weights (core/legs)
67 minutes on the stairmaster w/ 12, 1 minute intervals for 347 floors
30 minute spin on the stationary bike for 12.3 miles
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Since I haven't really posted my workouts this week, I'll post Tue - today.

Tues:  Brick day; spin class then 2.5 miles
Wed:  3.5 mile run at 7.0
Today: Spin class.  Since it's my birthday, we did interval training.  Tough workout, but good.

By the way, I was on time for both spin classes this week!

Crossfit workout. I had to do hand stands and I actually did them! I also perfected my kettlebell snatch.

30 minutes on treadmill with half of the time at 9% incline, the other half at level. 5 minute cool down
