Thursday Workouts

I did a combo last night.  30-minutes on the treadmill, 30-minutes on the stairs, and 30-minutes on the bike.  Legs seem to be coming back.

30 min zumba class
30 min stairstepper.. climbed 110 flights
30 min elliptical
30 min treadmill...ran 2 miles..walked .6  my very first time running and boy did it feel good
