Had to work this morning, so I'm heading to the Wellness Center tonight for 20 minutes of bicycle and 20-30 minutes of weight machines. I much prefer to do my workouts in the early a.m., but ya gotta do what ya gotta do!

 did 30 min on the elliptical
did 30 min on the treadmill, running for 2 min, after every 5 min of walking...FIRST TIME, feel good, butt and hips hurt...but the good kind....

Outside run with a friend. I think we did 4 miles. She has the fancy Garmin so I just usually ask her what we did.

 I did 2.6 miles run/walk on the treadmill....I hate the treadmill.  I did upper body weights also.
