Wednesday Workouts Folks!!

I actually was VERY tired today. BUT! I did do some stairs today. Not much, but some.

Feeling really run down. I have upped my B12 to twice a day and hoping in a couple of days the effects of that will start to show.

Yeah for workouts!!! hehe

 Unintended rest day -- Fiancee said we need to do wedding stuff!  Great day with her, tomorrow morning 5 mile run + 2300 yard swim

1.75 miles on the TM.  Chest and back.

Walked on TM for 75 minutes and a little more than 2 miles.

35 minutes of weights (back/bi/shoulders)
10 minute walking on TM for warmup/cooldown
30 minutes running on TM, 3.58 miles
65 minute spin on stationary bike, 27 miles, with 8  1 minute sprint intervals mixed in over the hour.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Wed. is Podium - my club's swim workout. I ate something right before and, boy, was that a mistake. I thought I would barf for most of the workout. I didn't exactly have the foamies but it was touch and go.

Anyway, in spite of that, I got in 2400 yards!! I was beat at the end but that's the most I've managed during Podium so far. I was so excited that I didn't care about the foamies!
