What'd you all do today?

Nothing today as I was called into work and couldn't fit it in. Sooo...today'll be my rest day this week!

I on the other hand hate snow days, since they don't exist. Work days are work days regardless.
So today I got to the gym for twenty minutes of mandatory stretching (a new requirement from my running partner, chiropractor, personal trainer, and physical therapist). They are all ganging up on me. After the stretching did a 30-minute cycling warmup, and then hit weights for 45-minutes of back and shoulder work. The spider tape seems to be workng it's magic and my calf is feeling much better today. Tomorrow I run!
Snow is on it's way, but hopefully it will skip us and head north where it belongs.
