I was running a 5k yesterday and got an awful stitch/cramp.  I was researching a bit and came across below, as most of the data out there suggests the stitches are related to breathing technique.  Any of you ever looked at this?

When ever I get a stitch I make a concentrated effort to change my breathing pattern and that seems to work well. I'll look at the link though! Thanks for posting it.
