thanks!  everything is cool, nothing that a couple of stiches couldn't fix... now he will have a matching scar like his big sister, this stuff evidently runs in my family :)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Still in a hotel south of Phoenix, so hit the Treadmill twice.
#1 a 22 minute workout with 5 minute cooldown. Didn't track distance.
#2 did a 5K on treadmill for 41 minutes. Slower than my home court advantage! I miss flying down hills!!!

I am begining to think sweat is sexy!!

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I had made a date to run outside with a friend but it was raining too hard so we ran inside on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I did some walking as well. The treadmill is so hard compared to being outside for me for some reason. I then did 40 minutes on the bike for 6 miles while my daughter was in hip hop.

5 mile run @ 9:27/miles.  Had to forgo the sprint as we got dumped on by snow Tuesday and just didn't feel it was safe for that!
2200 yards in the pool a couple hours later
