Well made it to the gym this morning without incident (meaning no tickets haha)

Did 50 minutes of weights (legs and abs) then 500 meters in the pooll. I felt great!!!

 Today was a swim day, so I did my 2000m, this time 45 min, kept the pace by myself this time...I feel pretty good.

Good morning, all!

Went to the Wellness Center at 6:00 a.m. and did 20 minutes on the treadmill and about 25-30 minutes on the weight machines. My legs felt like rubber when I got outta there...

I just started Insanity.  Yesterday was the fit test, so today after work is Plyometric Cardio Circuit.  Wish me luck.

running/stride machine for 25 minutes

going to restart week 2 of the push up challenge tonight...

I'm finally going to the doctor this week for my arch - hopefully it's something easy (like a different insert for my shoe) and not an injury.  I miss running without my foot hurting... :(
