5.15miles on the tm this morning. Would have been a great day to run outside, but needed to try out a new pair or running shoes I bought this morning. I also bought compression socks and they did seem to help. Have a great day everyone.

.75 mile this afternoon with my youngest son and dog.
Hoping to be able to go again this evening, but weather is NASTY! Might try 20 minutes walking up and down my stairs. Working up the nerve! hehe

60 min stationary bike - 14 miles

and 30 minutes walking outdoors tonight
