Monday Workouts!!!!

Haven't posted in a while!  Took a break from P90X to train for a Fire Department Physical Ability Test I have coming up.  Just did a circuit of total body workout today...then going to the YMCA tonight to hit the stair climber and swim.

Twenty minute spin warmup.  Then my personal trainer (who must hate me) worked me through a back and chest workout to exhaustion.  Finished up with another 30-minute spin session.  Hopefully, tomorrow after I get taped up I can start running again.

 2 hours on the bike.  Still got to get outside in the dark and use my snowblower on the 8+ inches of snow we got last night!

I swam 5000M this evening in 1:27:00 ish... Legs off today, had a hard core massage, taper time for Ultra on Saturday. Have a good one ya'll...

55 minutes walking outdoors

I did about 2.5 miles including about 1/2 on a nice trail that I just found. It was awesome running outside without being all bundled up. I was wearing two long sleeve tech shirts but no sweatshirt or jacket. Awesome.

35 minutes of weights (chest/tri), including sets of 40,40,40, and 40 of pushups for the 100 pushup challenge
10 minutes walking (warmup/cooldown)
61.5 minute run on the TM for 7 miles, it was good to get 7 miles in, it was bad because now i can barely walk...
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

UNscheduled rest day for me.  No TM's available when I got to the gym (AND no fan).  So... I went home and walked the dog instead.  She was happy anyway.

1/2 mile at a near speed walking speed because it was SOO cold! hehe That's all I did cause it was so dang cold. But I did shampoo my carpets. Got a bit of upper body work out since I had to go SLOW pulling it back and forth. Yep My arms are THAT out of shape!!   hehe

Core and flexibility class. We did this thing where there were stations and we moved around in pairs completing them. So I got to do all sorts of fun stuff.
