Good morning! I just got back from the pool, swam for 35 minutes, 30 lengths. When I got out I looked at the chart and saw that if I had swam 2 more lengths, it would have been 1/2 mile. I'll definitely do at least that the next time! I'm tired, went for 5 minutes more than usual today. I want to work up to 45 minutes eventually.

Just back from the gym.  Intervals for 3.1 on the tm in 38 minutes.  AND I did some good workout stretching for a change!

Just some light walking for me today.  Yesterday, I did the 2nd Annual Pasadena Half Marathon, so I am a little sore.
Without struggle, there is no progress.

I am going to Zumba and or a short run. I have a date to do 5 miles tomorrow so will not go over three today. My kness get a bit sore when i do both in one day but it is so pretty outside I feel like i want to do both!

Out of town, so did 5K on the treadmill at the hotel, adding in some short durations at 7% incline. By "short", I mean a minutes or so at a time. 
Why is my 5K time slower on a treadmill? Must be that I pickup/make up speed on the downhills out in the real world
