Hello there! Here in Indiana, it's above freezing for the first time in I don't know how long. Right now it's raining a little, but I'm hoping the sun peeks out sometime today so I can take a long walk. If not, I'll head to the pool to swim laps for 30 minutes.
Have a great Sunday!

Its the 4th in a winter series put on by the Orange Runners club. Its kind of a cool course because its around the Middletown psych campus, which has some seriously spooky abandoned buildings right out of One flew over the cuckoo's nest (seriously..).
I'm going to go ahead and join the club and run in the Hudson Valle Grand Prix, with is 14 races around the area (you have to run 9 to qualify). The one in September, the "Roosa Gap Roller Coaster" looks like a major challenge...
April 3 I am running in the NYC 13.1 down in Flushing Park in Queens, my first half marathon.. it should be cool to run around the giant globe and some of those cool buildings in the park.
