hello ok here my question i have a gut nothing like before surgary but it really bothers me..... i have very small waist and hips im not physically fitt like alot of you on here however i wanna change that but can not afford a personal trainor so therefore can someone help me with suggestions i wanna be able to sit and stand with out always hearing crack crack lol cant get to the gym everyday eather suggestions please

Well, the easiest and cheapest thing you can do is walk. Start slowly, like about 10 minutes, and do a little more every day. Another option is exercise DVDs, there are a lot of good ones. Here's a good web site that describes what's in the routine, the level of intensity, etc.

On days when I can't get to the gym (I go to Curves) I use the Biggest Loser DVD's at home.

Things i started with that i still do when not "in training" for a specific event...
walking in place while watching TV
Using exercise "videos" from "on demand" (free) on cable
exercise DVDs like "dancing with the stars" (i kid you not - freaking HARD)
dancing around the house.

my best friend wears a pedometer daily - and keeps moving until she's reached 10,000 steps/day.  She no longer knows how to stand still.. she's always moving.
