New to me style of walking

My dad (who is the most athletic 64 year old I know, sent me the 8-week Chi Walking program.  It is walking, but with a different body form.  It is amazing.  I have done it 3 days, No backache, No knee pain.....it's great.  check it out.....

Thanks for sharing! I'm going to have to look into it since all I can do for 6 weeks is walk! I'm wanting to move up to speed walking and then jogging and running by May. Plus I want exercise to be a MAJOR part of my life style since surgery to help me burn calories so I'm not on a 600-800 calories a day.
