Either another 5 mile run or a trip to the chiro depending on how I feel by the end of the day. I think I may have pinched a nerve. :(

20 minute of weights (core) and 100 pushup test #4, got to 75 today (the last 3 were pretty rough)
10 minutes walking (warmup/cooldown)
45 minutes on the TM (5.18 miles)

still sore but working up my miles again, my training program has me running 18 on Sunday, i'll be extremely happy with 10 at this point.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

2.5 miles today at lunch along the creek path.  Very refreshing compared to the gym.

But both of my knees have started hurting the last couple days.  I'm going to take the weekend off and rest them.  I'll just have to play catch up over the next couple weeks.
