Jogged 2.6 on the treadmill.  It's been a crazy week and this was my first workout since Monday!  I figure as long as I run again tomorrow, I've hit three days for the week and that's good enough for me!

Ran 2.9 miles on the treadmill, followed by my strength training routine.
