Is it anything like A.R.T. I still have not found anyone who does A.R.T. in the Corpus Christi area and my employee benefits allows for visits for this treatment.

I am recovering real good. I have not done one of my real workouts since before the surgery, but I have been running with my PE classes and yesterday ran quite a bit with my track team. They are 7th and 8th grade girls and they just couldn't get the relay handoffs down so I was more than happy to show them how time and time again. It felt good running pretty hard. I am hoping to get into my full workout schedule next week. Been busy with my daughters powerlifting meets lately. Nicole has been doing real good and will probably qualify for Regionals and State. She squats 400 pounds. Not bad for a 17 year old girl.
