Thursday workouts
3.5 miles of running this morning -- first 2.5 miles were great: 9:10/miles or so and feeling good. Then I got some chest pain and took it easy.
2100 yards in the pool tonight -- felt good, probably about 50 minutes. Unfortunately I was solo in the pool, my fiancee has been joining me but couldn't make it up tonight :(

7 miles on Espresso bike (30 minutes hill route) followed by 15 min. stretching and 20 minutes weights for upper body. Knee feels not too bad!

Did my hour of jiu jitsu with the guys & another hour with the ladies (MUCH more instruction, LOTS less rolling = far reduced # of cals burned in comparison with the guy's class). Guys have definitely ratched it up a notch rolling with me. While its frustrating because it seems that I'm still not getting anywhere, I know in my head that they've all done it due to the very fact that I really am getting better. I'm okay with that
