I just turned on the TV and saw an infomercial for the Ab-doer Twist and thought it looked like something I could do pre and post op.
Has anyone tried it or it's parent the Ab-doer? Is it worth the $200?
Thanks!
Karen

I use some of the machines at the gym to mix it up, but I think most experts would say unless you have lots of extra cash just burning a hole in your pocket, crunches are still the best ab exercise, and they are free :)
I would say that $200 for an ab machine is probably too much. The best ab exercise that I have ever gotten has been on a ball doing twists while holding myself up at a 45 degree angle. Very hard (for me atm) and a very good work out. But also not impossible at any fitness level
