Okay, so I didn't rest like posted earlier. Did a quick brisk walk with my little buddy (1.7 miles), then half hour on eliptical, 15 minutes weights for upper body, 30 minutes stretching. Working on hams and quads to hopefully sure up my knee issue.

Making a doc appt. to have it checked....just in case....
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

We were under a winter storm advisory.  We got about a foot of snow.  Was going to go to the YMCA for a long workout only to find out that they were going to close at 11:00a.m.  So I fired up the snowblower, grabbed my snow shovel and cleared not only my driveway  but the drives of four other houses and the sidewalk on my half of the subdivision.  It was about three hours worth of work....ought to count for something.
