Hi all! I got into my Jeep at 6:00 a.m. and started toward the Wellness Center. It didn't seem too bad out, though it was snowing. I flipped on the radio, though, and heard the schools were closed. Well rats, the Wellness Center is in the high school. I turned around and went back home. I wasn't willing to wimp out of my workout, though, so I popped in Kathy Smith's Weight Loss Workout tape (yeah, tape, that's how old it is), got out my 10 lb weights, and went to it! Had a pretty good workout, actually, I worked up a pretty good sweat.

How'd you do?

RUNS THE PAST COUPLE OF DAYS...SO TODAY GOING TO LIMIT TO FACED PACED 30 MINUTE WALK WITH THE CANINE KIDS!   SO, BASICALLY A REST DAY.
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

About 3 miles on the TM in about 40-ish minutes.  The first machine I was on died about ten minutes into my workout, which totally threw me off.  I can't wait until the weather improves and I can jog outside!

Not much more frustrating than a TM malfunction half way through a workout.  Congrats on re-grouping and getting it done.
