Saturday workouts!!

It was my first day back to the gym in about a week too. I caught whatever was going around the office. I did a low impact aerobics class then I swam for about 20 minutes. It was the first time I had been it the pool since last summer. I am feeling it in my shoulders tonight. I am enjoying the feeling

I did an hour walking on the treadmill.

ran with my running group, I did 3.5 miles some of the others took an extra loop to make it 5 miles. I will try to make my Tuesday and Thursday runs a bit longer so I can catch back up to the group.
