 30 min walking outdoors
    
326 start weight 280 day of surgery

15 min. lifecycle and 40 min. treadmill interval training
30 min. lower body circuit training (leg press, adductor, abductor, leg curls)
Stability Ball crunches (20 X 4 reps)

FYI... I have tailbone issues and regular bench crunches were killing me... on the stability ball... heaven!

30 minutes on eliptical with 5 on treadmill 10% incline to cool down. 25 min. weight training.
