I just got back from 3.1 miles. It was tough going as my knee and back were hurting me. Time for new shoes.

Howdy! Did 30 minutes of lap swimming this morning. I'm kinda tired and sore...my last day off from exercise was last Saturday, so I think it's time. I'll go tomorrow, then take Sunday off since it's Valentine's Day and we're going out anyway.
