I just got back from 3.1 miles.  It was tough going as my knee and back were hurting me.  Time for new shoes.

Howdy! Did 30 minutes of lap swimming this morning. I'm kinda tired and sore...my last day off from exercise was last Saturday, so I think it's time. I'll go tomorrow, then take Sunday off since it's Valentine's Day and we're going out anyway.

I had a great workout this morning.  I was able to sleep in til 5:15 am and I walked almost 10 miles in 2 hours and 20 minutes.  Boy was that nice.  I am also getting ready to meet my "skinny" sister for strength training.
