2050 in the pool followed by 40 minutes on the treadmill.
Funny thing in the pool, the youth swim team was practicing and had all the lanes with dividers.  No big deal, there were two of us sharing the 2 lanes without any lane lines.  All was good until I was in my 5x50 sprint session.  On my second sprint some guy decided to swim between the 2 lanes.  Not necessarily a bright idea, but doable UNLESS you're doing the breast stroke (or at least something that looked similar to my take on the breast stroke).  I damn near nailed the guy with my arms and did manage to kick him.  Never saw it coming, glad he wasn't any closer as I had just kicked off and like I said earlier, it was a sprint set I was doing.
I love new people working and learning the gym, just hope I don't hurt any of them!

I went to Track but I had a lot of trouble with my bad calf. I only ran a little over 2 miles and walked the rest.
