I did 2.1 miles on the treadmill and then I hit my chest, bis and tris pretty hard.  Great workout overall.

How did you do today?

I just finished a 5 K without stopping again. I am so close to being back to my pre surgery level in late October. I am going to find a 5 K to sign up for next month! There is a Valentine 4 mile on Sunday but it is a couples thing and my husband is still sidelined with a ankle injury.

My legs were tired today so I called it good with the spin class.  Then I got to visit with my little old lady friends in the hot tub and did some stretching.  All in all, a good morning.  LOTS of school work this evening though...

Did an aerobic workout tape, then some 10 lb. dumbbell work on my own. Felt pretty good! I hope the pool is open tomorrow morning (we're expecting even more snow - yuk!). I'm anxious to keep practicing the Total Immersion Swimming.

It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

3 miles on the treadmill, and it felt awesome today.  So much better than Sunday, when i had a bad time of it.  Trying to figure out what it is that makes me have such good days and bad days...

Today was a 20-minute run on the treadmill and day 1 week 2  of the push-up challenge.

Today was also the day to bump up my weights for my 3-set weight routine of
leg press
standing lat pull-down
step-ups
seated row
hamstring curl
captain's chair leg raise

I'm getting stronger.
