Clean Eating
I've been researching "Clean Eating" for awhile and I'm super excited about it. It is very similar to how I've been eating since I've had my band. However, it has helped me even further my knowledge on how to clean up your eating lifestyle. I ordered a book called Squeaky Gourmet and have gotten a few of the Clean Eating Magazines. I think fine tuning a few things (food) should help me train better. I'm enjoying mxing things up in off season right now and I'm looking forward to my marathon training soon!

Getting your fuel and body weight improved definintly impact training better. Just remember its gradual thing and doesn't happen overnight; which I've noted is a good thing. When it comes off slow (be it weight or inches), it tends to be more stable and easier to maintain long-term.
