Scott - that is dedication for you.  Great job.

Since it is not raining, I will do a 30 minute run tonight.
Without struggle, there is no progress.

It felt like a scary movie.  One of the reasons that I turned my head lamp off was because I really didn't want to attract any unwanted attention.  It will probably get easier if I do it more.

Good work on the pushups.
Scott

It is about 60 degrees and partly sunny today in CA.  I rode my bike to McDonalds and back (about 2 miles each way).  Will ride to the library in a couple hours to do some tutoring (she's working toward her GED...and I think she'll get it).  Maybe a walk this evening...maybe not.  I need to get back to my easy weights...5 pounders for toneing again.  Brian

I am going to do an hour of zumba after work this evening. I have a consult for Physical therapy for my back pain. The MRI showed a slight bulging disc and moderate arthritis. I hope they do not tell me to stop running or doing zumba. I should find out soon.

Running in the woods after midnight in the dark; that is dedication! I hope the moon was out and full for you.

Cool, Scott.  I think I would've enjoyed that.  Don't live IN the sticks, but spent lots of time there.

I did 5 TM miles today.  The first 4 at 6.9, then went up from there.  Did the 5 in 43:05.  Felt pretty good even though I still got a little too hot.  I was happy keeping the speed up.  That's the longest I've gone that fast in quite a while.
