Wednesday's Workouts!!!
With the snow coming to the Northeast, I wanted to get my Wed run out of the way so that I didn't have to worry about going to the gym or running in the snow. I got out of work at midnight and got home at 12:20 and went for my run.
I have run in the dark before but it was in the morning before work. This was a different animal. I have to admit that it was eerie at first and about half way through, I decided that it was easier without the head lamp so I turned it off. It was dead quiet and I could hear the occasional animal in the woods. I live in the sticks so there are no street lights.
Anyway, I am glad that I did it and don't have to think about it during the snow storm.
2.3 for me today.

Now THAT is dedication! It's 4:30 a.m. here in Indiana and I'm working right now (I own a business and run it out of my home). When the pool opens at 6:00, I'll be there doing my 25 minutes of lap swimming.
Have a great day!
ADDENDUM: I did 30 minutes non-stop this morning.

Rob - you have earned it. At least with this one, I am starting with nothing so I have somewhere to put all the snow.
