Cassie mentioned this in a post below, and I had never heard of it. I Googled it, and found a great demonstration on You Tube:

The underwater shots are especially helpful in seeing how this is done. I'm definitely going to try this tomorrow morning when I lap swim! Thanks for the heads up, Cassie!

Check out my post in Cassie's thread! There's good and bad about TI!

TI is a great place to start. I recommend buying the DVD on amazon,..unless all of the drills and explanations are on YouTube.

Yes, I plan to buy the DVD. The short clips on YouTube do not give very much in the way of instruction, and I don't want to get into any bad habits. I tried it this morning and I like the different way of kicking. I'm pretty sure I'm not holding my head correctly, and not doing the head roll/breathing correctly, so I want to make sure I get some good instruction. I think I'm gonna like it once I get the hang of it.
