Monday Workouts!

I also stretched a bit and did some back.  For some reason, I just don't seem to have as much time as I would like.  I always feel rushed.

Did a 30-minute session on the treadmill at my new gym (joined last night).  Then after reading Dan's exploits went back and did 90-minute hill climb on the bike.

I did 15 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes on the eliptical. I didnt get to do my weight training because the daycare chick came and told me my son was "stinky". 

... Must remember to pack a spare diaper in my gym bag!

20 minutes of 3 minute on, 3 minute off intervals on the stair stepper with 40lb weighted vest, 15 minutes swimming laps.
