Triathlon Training
Thanks! There is some great advice here. I work out a lot (high impact aerobics, running, swimming, biking etc) I have basically just taken to wearing two sports bras to keep the girls at bay. Otherwise, well, it ain't pretty. But, I was just thinking with a triathlon that two might hinder/cause chaffing etc. So, I was trying to find one REALLY good one. Maybe, I could still do two and wear a shirt to prevent chaffing?!
I also have a problem with my thighs, but again, I have learned to tame that beast too. I wear ASSETS® by Sara Blakely® Fabulous Footless - Black. 1) They are CHEAP! 2) They WORK! You can get them at Target. I buy them a size LARGER than I am because then, I can hike them up and tuck them under my sports bras. Again, they have served me well for my workout regimen, but I am concerned about chaffing. They are 12% lycra and Compression Capris are 10% so, I am thinking I may try to do 1) A good bra 2) A compression shirt 3) Compression Capris. OR...I just just skate by on my ol' 1) Double Sports bra 2) Assets tucked underneath 3) Walmart Danskin Capri 4) Walmart Danskin Dri wear!!
Again, I really appreciate the advice. And, if you are looking for great suck yourself in gear for workouts, I strongly recommend the Assets. The best part is that it's FULL tummy/thigh all the way past your knees control.

I have a several 5K's and a Marathon Relay (10K) under my belt. But, I really don't love to run. I LOVE to do aerobics, swim and bike. Soooooo...I am hoping the Tri will be my new scene. I mean, there's not THAT much running ;)
