7.98 miles today.  Damn timer on the treadmill stopped in the middle of the run, had to reset it and lost those .02 miles.  But since I'm keeping track of my miles this year, I didn't cheat and call it 8 miles in the log.

Good morning! Went to the Wellness Center this morning and walked at 3 mph for 20 minutes, then spent 20-25 minutes on the weight machines.

Got too busy last night so I did P90X Back and Biceps this morning.  This afternoon I am planning on doing a run and stair work.

I got home too late last night to run.  I will run 30-45 mins tonight.

One Hundred Push -Up Report:  27 modified push-ups.

Nothing more frustration than TM malfunctions.  Irritating.

Anyway, I did my longest run since I started my streak.  I did 5.5 miles.  Started with a 3.1 mile loop, got home and decided I wasn't done so I did my 2.3 mile loop.  It took a bit less than an hour.

 got my 4 miles in, it was colder than I thought.  I get to sit on a plane for about 12 hours tomorrow - should be fun to try not be tight as heck.
