Morning run 3.1 miles at a 12.3 pace. Notr my all time best of 11 but it is getting better!

leg press
standing lat pull-down
step-ups
seated row
hamstring curl
captain's chair leg raise

1000 yard swim

tried a test for the pushup challenge... did 50 in row, felt pretty good, but stopped when it started to get tight.

did 19 minutes of weights (core)
65 spin on the stationary bike for just over 27 miles
177 floors on the stairmaster in 36 minutes
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

I did a crossfit workout -- 7 sets of 10 kettlebell swings, 10 pull-up thingies, 10 thrusters and a 100 yard sprint. No rest intervals and I thought I was going to puke after. Which made me happy because I'm nuts.
