Hi all. Still recovering from surgery and now the flu, but I am making it. I had a success article published in Health and Fitness Sports Magazine for the Feb issue. It can be found on the online issue as well at www.healthandfitnessmag.com/magazine-sections/fitness-and-ex ercise/success-story-4

Everyone take care. I will be out there daring greatly starting on Monday when I start running again. I just cant wait the whole 6 weeks. I will take it easy though.

I will no longer be a spectator, a dreamer, a wonderer. I AM a doer; not only a goal setter, but a goal achiever. I will lead by example rather than word. I will "DARE GREATLY!"

Darrell,

That story was inspiring!  You have taken the words out of your daughter's mouth and made them into your mantra and motivation towards living a healthier life.  Now that's what I call living!

Congratulations on getting your story published.

Glad to hear that you are recovering.  Don't rush coming back too soon and risk complications.
